Quality control, or QC for short, is a process by which entities review the quality of all factors involved in production. ISO 9001:2008 defines quality control as "A part of quality management focused on fulfilling quality requirements".

We here in 'Jindalcoaters' are committed to deliver the best in class synthetic leather to the customer, to fulfill the same we have installed the best equipment to test and verify our final product before it reaches to you. We test our products for stability and durability on mandatory basis.

We have four levels of quality check / control

1. Pre-Production Quality Check

This process is to be sure about the quality of raw material (i.e. Fabric / chemicals / plasticizers, pigments, resins etc.). This process helps us to improve the quality of input material to make sure that we produce the synthetic leather up to the mark.

2. Online Quality Check

In Online Quality Check or Online Inspection we verify and approve the product for physical specification.

3. Quality Check of Finished Goods

In Jindal we have a set of specification for each product which helps us to do grading of final products. We check our products to meet the same in our Quality Control Lab which is equipped with advanced instruments / machines like tensile machine, abrasion tester, traverse thread counter, brushing strength tester, color matching booth, flexing meter, flammability tester, crock meter etc.

4. Third Party Quality Check

We are engaged with third-party testing laboratory to make sure the accuracy level as well as trust on our testing methods. We regularly submit our final products to these international level and certified labs to tally our in-house reports with their reports.
